AddressRole and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver cost savings targets of the group.
2. Analyse the existing processes and streamline the same by driving automation initiatives, providing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for identified processes.
3. Improve vendor management by stringent reconciliation process, bio-metric attendance & strengthening the onboarding process.
4. Provide Monthly MIS on key business operating metrices to drive efficiencies & improved control.
5. Strengthen the governance around P2P process and payments.
6. Drive initiatives wrt reduction in Non-PO payments and metrices wrt creditors, SRN.GRN, etc.
7. Manage the FSS team, providing guidance and direction on FSS activities and initiatives.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization including operations, IT and marketing teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
9. Work with business stakeholders to identify and address internal process lapses for better financial performance.
10. Maintain a deep understanding of the business and various value-added services offered, and proactively identify and address FSS issues.
11. Ensure governance around customer refunds and payments.
Role Requirements:
- Qualified chartered accountant
- Industry Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting and Analytics.
- Prior exp in the Telecom industry will be a plus.
- Sound technical knowledge of accounting principles, Taxation & Auditing
- Competency in advanced Excel and MS office.
- Exposure to SAP (optional)
- Good Communication Skills and Team Management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and ever-changing needs of the business.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
