AddressOfficer/Executive/Sr. Executive (Civil / Instrumentation/ EC/ AutoCAD Engineer/ Process Engineer)
Qualification: - Diploma/ B.E./B. Tech.
Experience: - 2-8 years of hands on experience in relevant field, preferred pharma background.
1- AutoCAD Engineer:-
- Shall prepare / update AutoCAD layouts
- Coordinate with CFT for layout updation and implementation with appropriate QMS
- Preferable experience - HVAC Engineer
2- Civil Engineer:-
- Shall coordinate & execute civil maintenance/project/modification activities like -wall braking, construction, painting,
- window, door related work, floor, epoxy work, roof related work plumbing drainage
- Shall coordinate & execute BOQ preparation, PR, PO, Invoice processing work for civil activities
- Shall coordinate & execute QMS if any for civil works.
- Shall coordinate and execute facility maintenance
- Shall have knowledge of design verification
3- Officer/ Executive (Instrumentation)
- Hands on experience of PLC, Field Instruments and sensors.
- Knowledge of EMS and BMS systems. Breakdown handling and Troubleshooting exposure related to Instrumentation and Automation.
- Hands on experience on automation of pharma process equipment. Knowledge of calibration of various pharma process and Utility sensors and instruments. Must be familiar with cGMP requirements.
4- Officer/Executive/ Sr. Executive - Process Engineer (B. E. -Mechanical)
- Shall have knowledge of maintenance of process equipment's like Autoclave, vacuum pump, Bio safety cabinet, Pass boxes, Deep freezer, cold storage, water bath, steam steriliser, incubators, pumps, AHUs etc.
- Shall have knowledge of QMS elements like Deviation, Change Control, CAPA, Investigation etc.
- Shall have knowledge of SOP preparation, updation, implementation etc.
- Shall have knowledge of Track wise system
- Shall coordinate and execute maintenance works of process equipment's with CFT
- Shall prepare & track plant budget
- Shall prepare CAPEX proposals
- Shall have knowledge of design verification.
- Shall coordinate & execute BOQ preparation, PR, PO, Invoice processing
5- Sr. Executive - Mechanical Engineer QMS (B. E. -Mechanical)
- Shall coordinate for Engineering QMS compliance
- Shall have knowledge of QMS elements like Deviation, Change Control, CAPA, Investigation etc.
- Shall have knowledge of SOP preparation, updation, implementation etc.
- Shall have knowledge of Trackwise system
- Shall coordinate with CFT for QMS compliance
- Shall coordinate with team and CFT for Training related compliance
