Area of Responsibilities –
✓Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage.
✓ Managing inventory of assets and supplies, monitoring critical level of stocks, sourcing for suppliers and submitting invoices.
✓ Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
✓ Maintain & Record Couriers (Shree Maruti & FEDEX)
✓ Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.
✓ Performing multifaceted general office support.
✓ Receiving calls answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and transfer call.
✓ Inward /Outward Register Management.
✓ Managing clerical or other administrative staff.
✓ Organizing Travel and Stay accommodation for staff, guests and customers.
✓ Assist in planning & arranging events like celebrating birthdays, parties etc.
✓ Handling EPBAX, Tata Teleservices & Vodafone idea accounts.
✓ Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate persons.
✓ Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
✓ Coordinate project deliverables, Maintain contact lists.
✓ Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
✓ Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently requested company information.
✓ Income Tax related documentation and record.
✓ Maintaining and verification of utility bills such as electricity, DG, security etc.
✓ Performing other relevant duties when needed.
