Overview:
The National Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization leading and managing a National Sales team to drive revenue growth expand our customer base and contribute to the overall success of the company. This position requires a strategic leader who can develop and implement sales strategies build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Manage mentor and lead a National Sales team to drive performance and achieve objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies and product offerings
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Participate in the development of pricing strategies and sales plans

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a highperforming sales team
