Overview:

The National Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization leading and managing a National Sales team to drive revenue growth expand our customer base and contribute to the overall success of the company. This position requires a strategic leader who can develop and implement sales strategies build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Manage mentor and lead a National Sales team to drive performance and achieve objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies and product offerings
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Participate in the development of pricing strategies and sales plans
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings and performance reviews
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales training programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry regulations
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a highperforming sales team
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools
  • Ability to travel nationally and work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Indepth knowledge of sales principles methods practices and metrics
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on results and business growth
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
