Key Deliverables
- Developing and execution of channel marketing plan to achieve defined sales objectives
- Monitoring and ensuring high effectiveness of trade inputs
- Tracking competition promotion
- Developing & implementing trade schemes
- Develop NPD rollout plans and monitoring
- BTL - Ideating & executing POSM, collaterals to ensure high visibility
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to churn out high quality collaterals and execution
- Forecasting & planning
- Collate, distil and present insights from market - regular visits to market
- This role will require working closely with sales team, on ground sales force, distributor & retailer partners
Skills & Experience :
- 3-4 year's work experience
- Experience of working in GT/Chemist/Cosmetic channels
- Preferable experience categories: Personal Care, Diapers/Wipes, Baby & Mother
- Strong understanding of consumer, shopper & customer
- Analytical bent of mind
- Willingness to travel as required
Educational Qualifications : Graduate/Post-graduate
Desired Personal Attributes : Passionate & driven individual who can work with team & cross-functionally
