Role Objective :
- We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to drive Enterprise Sales and build a healthy customer base through her/his consultative sales skills. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organization.
Role Responsibilities :
1. Own & grow the P&L of a region with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain.
2. Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.
3. Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
4. Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in Share of business.
5. Ensure account stabilization and further growth
Key Stakeholders :
Internal :
(a) City Heads & Supply leaders - Ensuring alignment with business strategy
(b) Finance, Technology & HR- For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers and team members
External :
- Customers - For hunting & account development
Work Experience :
(a) 15+ years of relevant experience in P&L management/Enterprise sales in B2B/Industrial space
(b) Exposure to consultative sales to enterprises will be preferred.
Knowledge/Skills :
(a) Excellent communication & people management skills.
(b) Should have led a sizeable team.
(c) High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
(d) Must enjoy sales hunting and driving aggressive sales targets, coaching and mentoring a sizable team
Education : B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute
