Client: eCommerce company dedicated for Industrial products with HQ at Singapore & offices in India, US, UK & UAE
Experience: 14-22 yrs last 10 yrs should be in Enterprise sales/Key Accounts Management/B2B sales in industrial products like steel, chemicals, glass, Industrial pumps, Motors, Power tools etc
MUST HAVEs (No deviations allowed)
- BE/Btech (engineering degree & not Diploma)
- Candidates must possess a strong background in B2B sales.
- Candidates should have experience in the Heavy Manufacturing industry, sectors such as Glass, Steel, Chemical, and Renewable Energy.
Only candidates with Regular MBA qualifications are considered; correspondence and distance MBA completions are not accepted.
The year of completion for the MBA should fall within the range of 2000 to 2009.
Candidates with experience in the Automobile industry are not considered at all.

Role Objective:

The candidate will be expected to drive Enterprise Sales and build a healthy customer base through her/his consultative sales skills. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organization.
Role Responsibilities:
Own & grow the P&L of a region with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain. Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts. Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement. Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in share of business. Ensure account stabilization and further growth
Work Experience:
15+ years of relevant experience in P&L management/Enterprise sales in B2B/Industrial space. Exposure to consultative sales to enterprises will be preferred.
Knowledge/ Skills:
(a) Excellent communication & people management skills.
