Bangalore:
SMT is in the business of PVD coatings catering to leading corporates. SMT is looking for MIS managers who will be coordinating with specific clients, internal team as well as Management and shall prepare, maintain, and provide the required reports on time. Duties / Responsibilities:
- Receiving the material and issuing it for production.
- Coordinate with production team at various levels.
- Keeping track of the material.
- Providing inventory details as and when required and ensuring smooth and intime deliveries.
- Following up on priorities as required by clients.
- Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS system.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
- Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Analyse business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analysing existing tasks, conventions, and processes, and suggest for improvement.
- Manage and develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
- Active participation required during implementation of ERP. Also, timely maintain and update data in the ERP.
- Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptive to computer-aided systems that perform planning, management, and control of operational processes as well as the management of employees.
- Experience with a broad range of applications, software, ERP, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of various computer operating systems and interfaces.
Educationand Experience:
- Diploma / Engineering, under graduates, graduates (any stream).
- At least 5 years of MIS experience
- Tamil, Kannada, English and Hindi languages knowledge required.
Annual CTC: 3 – 3.5 LPA
