Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Process & Digitization Manager with a minimum of 8 years' experience in procurement, preferably in a technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. This role involves spearheading digital transformation initiatives within the procurement domain, leveraging technology to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation in procurement BUSINESS PROCESSes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Adept in Process Lifecycle including Process Development, Process Deployment, Process Automation, and Process Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee the end-to-end digitization of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, contract negotiations, procurement master data, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions in procurement BUSINESS PROCESSes
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digitization projects to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital procurement solutions among stakeholders.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of digital procurement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to procurement teams on leveraging technology to optimize their workflows and improve outcomes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously innovate and enhance the procurement digitization strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Technology are a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a focus on digital transformation, process optimization, and technology implementation.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital procurement projects, from conception to implementation, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and experience with procurement software and tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong team management and people leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
