Responsibilities
• Plan and implement initial power and services requirements for Site Development and temporary works• Plan/monitor installation of safe, weather-proof outlets and connections• Ensure safety of construction site equipment and temporary power installations through regular audits• Assist in reviewing credentials of Contractors' technicians for assessing their competence and quality/safety awareness• Provide support to Marketing and Sales for planning and installing services in the sample flat and Sales Offices• Prepare/Review Task Level Schedule of activities for each service• Coordinate and synchronize with the Overall Schedule for sequencing and dependencies• Collect all approved Good For Construction MEPF/HVAC and other services-related drawings and documents• Guide and clarify Contractors and civil engineers/supervisors on drawings, specifications, detailing, and method statements• Work out detailed quantities in coordination with the QS department• Implement works at Site as per Project Quality and Safety Plan and the monitoring system of Work Permits, Checklists, NCRs, and closure• Ensure installations of all concealed services, conduits, and provisions at proper locations, in coordination with the civil works team• Coordinate with consultants for site visits, instructions, certificates, and reports• Maintain records of certificates and reports, design changes, and other Variations• Ensure proper coordination between multiple contractors• Verify Samples, conduct laboratory tests for conformance to specifications, obtain approvals, and accept materials received at the site• Reject non-conforming materials• Plan and implement pre-monsoon readiness checklist, corrective preventive maintenance of equipment such as pumps• Allocate daily duties to the direct reporters like Electrical and Plumbing Technicians• Guide and ensure that the duties are well discharged• Ensure good housekeeping and safety standards• Conduct Testing of installations as per defined parameters, ensure their verification and approval by consultants and obtain approval/completion certificates• Assist Architect/Liaison during inspections by statutory authorities for NOCs and OC• Conduct final inspection of all installations as per checklists, prior to handing over completed premises to Sales / CRM departments• Assist in the review of Customer Modification Requests• Plan and implement approved modifications• Support the Customer Relations and Facility Management Teams to address requirements or grievances of customers during the Defects Liability Period• Provide accurate information for preparing As-Built Drawings• Verify their accuracy
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University / Institution• Work experience of a minimum of 10 to 12 years in a similar capacity, preferably in Mumbai
