Mep Coordinator - Gurgaon

We are seeking a new MEP Coordinator , you will be responsible for Coordination with Interior design team and MEP Design team on Design Deliverables, Coordinating with PM team on design implementation as per the design intent. Carry out Quality audit of MEP works at site. Testing and commissioning works of MEP equipment in accordance with Technical Specification, engineering standards and codes of practice.

In Brief:

• You will have to coordinate and manage design with Design team.
• You will have to review and carryout Buildability check at site based on MEP GFC /coordinated layout
• You will have to coordinate and manage design with PM team for design implementation at site.
• You will have to check and evaluate material data sheets and material specifications for Sample material approval.
• You will have to check and evaluate MEP drawings for Shop Drawing approval.
• You will have to document, record and report on quality audit, design implementation issues and T&C.
• You will have to validate MEP project handing over report.
• You will have to gather project feedback and share these to design team for clarification and modifications during the development and construction of future projects.

Requirements

What We Expect

• You have 4years' experience as an MEP Coordinator handling corporate interior projects
• You have a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• You have knowledge in MEP Design and Project Management
• You have good communication and Team-Work skills
• You have thorough understanding of Engineering standards
• You have knowledge and experience of T&C tools, specific software Application for T&C and AutoCAD / Revit software skill / Knowledge
• Specific software Application for T&C

• You have the ability to work well under pressure
