ï'·Co-ordinating with Digital and Creative agencies for respective activities.
ï'·Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
ï'·Design branding, positioning strategies
ï'·Execute all marketing related activities for all the sites and corporate.
ï'·Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
ï'·Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
ï'·Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
ï'·Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Requirement and Skills
ï'·Work experience as Marketing Manager, preferably within Real Estate industry
ï'·Experience running successful marketing campaigns of around 3+years
ï'·Deep knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords
ï'·Experience with CRM software
ï'·Analytical mind
ï'·Graduate of MBA in Marketing or relevant field.
