Position: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of proven work experience within a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in driving sales and promoting products, particularly in the cartoon segment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our manufacturing products, with a specific focus on cartoons.
2. Utilize market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development within the cartoon segment.
3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
4. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing initiatives.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the cartoon industry.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
8. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
9. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketing activities and outcomes.
10. Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company and products at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully marketing and selling products within the cartoon segment.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
7. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
