In this role, you will
● Develop and execute end-to-end B2BC Marketing Campaigns to drive lead generation
and customer engagement.
● Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to create cohesive and
compelling campaign narratives.
● Collaborate with the US team to drive multi-channel marketing efforts for our Live
Selling Products, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and content
marketing.
● Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and drive
optimizations.
● Coordinate with product marketing to define and expand product positioning and
market understanding.
● Drive the ideation and creation of marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case
studies, and videos, to support campaigns.
● Budget management: Plan and oversee marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
● Mentor and manage the marketing team in India.

If you're right for this role, you
● At least 7-10 years of experience in B2BC marketing, with a focus on lead generation
and campaign management.
● Proven expertise in multi-channel marketing, including digital and traditional
marketing channels.
● Strong understanding of product marketing principles.
● Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing
Cloud and Optimization tools like Unbounce and Optimizely
● Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in using analytics tools like Google
Analytics etc.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Command in the English language.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
● Previous experience in the B2BC marketing for small business/consumer focused
products
● Strong network within the B2BC marketing community in India
