Address Responsibilities :
- Directly responsible for Financial Accounting, Taxation, Audit, MIS, Risk, Corporate Finance, consolidation of Financial Statements and Statutory audit on a monthly and yearly basis. IND AS Knowledge.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of annual budget with various departments, financial forecasts, preparation of financial models, business planning and monitoring operating expenses while ensuring minimal deviations.
- Treasury and Cash flow management and fund allocation as per the agreed guidelines between the various stakeholders.
- Compliances for direct / indirect tax requirements, GST, secretarial, legal and other statutory compliances.
- Manage the expectations of the stakeholders through providing them monthly MIS, accounts, cash flows statements, and legal compliance reports.
- Ability to build controls and governance within the organization with a robust framework encompassing all departments & functions.
- Evaluating new project & devising Investment options.
- Leading the transactions until closure (meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, Vetting Term sheet & loan documents, Due-diligence, Financial controller, Risk mitigator etc.)
- Corporate & Statutory Compliances related to funding of projects.

Relevant Experience :
- A Chartered accountant with 8+ years of experience is a must for this role, having CS qualification can be a advantage.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and setting up system & processes from scratch is must.
- Strong business orientation; experience of managing P&L and building scale in a distributed set-up
- Having worked closely/directly with founders in previous jobs is a big plus (but not essential)
- Due diligence, supporting new business initiatives is preferred.
