The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving our research efforts, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to our understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft detailed research reports and construct, as well as maintain, sophisticated financial models to support investment decisions.
- To identify investment opportunities and risks, perform exhaustive financial analysis, including a deep dive into company financial statements.
- Engage in extensive industry research, staying abreast of trends, innovations, and regulatory changes that may impact the sectors under coverage.
- Establish robust communication channels with various media outlets, company executives, and fund managers to gather insights and disseminate research findings.
Candidate Requirements:
- Foundational and advanced understanding of the Retail, and Consumer Retail, energy, Oil & Gas, Chemical, IT & Telecom and other sectors, with the ability to navigate financial statements, utilize relevant ratios, and leverage tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently.
- Exceptional writing and communication capabilities are essential, as the role involves extensive report writing and stakeholder engagement.
- A results-driven mindset with a disciplined approach to achieving research objectives and delivering high-quality insights.
- Strong organizational skills are required, with a proven track record of effectively managing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
