Manager - Training - Life Insurance (4-10 Yrs)

An exciting opportunity for a candidate holding 4+ years of experience in Life Insurance industry. The candidate will be responsible for insurance & sales training for agency/banca/APC vertical, employee development, management training interventions.
Location - Faridabad/Delhi

Responsibilities:
- Conduct training modules for Agent Advisors and ADMs
- Conducting training in blended delivery format
- Monitor progress of agents on a continuous basis
- Conducting induction and on-boarding training programs
- Training on selling skills
- Training on all MLI Insurance products and processes
- Training on all MLI Digital tools and Assets
- All other training programs as outlined in the Agent and ADM learning journey
- Conducting GIDs and IIDs
Requirements:
1. Should be Degree in any discipline
2. Should have 4+ years of experience in sales training, minimum 3+ years in insurance training
3. Should have good knowledge/ experience of content development, PowerPoint. A/V etc. is desirable.
