General Summary:
The Candidate should preferably have a good working knowledge service or service sales of elevator / escalator systems. The position to support and facilitate service teams for repair sales. Knowledge of Elevator, Service and sales business, Knowledge of elevator components,
Primary responsibilities:
- Technical Support to Sales team
- Visit to key account and customer for promotion of packages.
- Pricing on nonstandard enquiries
- Input to Engineering for product development
- Utilize service transformation tools and other projects for business improvement.
- Pipeline Review and Management
- Identify T opportunities and plan to improve coverage.
- T Package release.
- Forecast management.
- Imparting Training on product
- Improve T order management process.
- Identify and develop new sales promotional tools
Educational Qualifications / Experience
- Preferred: Degree/ Diploma – Electrical / Electronic /Mechanical Engineering
- Required: Min. 8–10 year experience in Service, service sales, Field engineering, Engineering
- Working knowledge of current software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet
- Preferable from elevator Industry
- Excellent communication and Analytical skills
