Responsibilities and Duties :
- Responsible for Business Development, Sales & Marketing operations, achieving top & bottom line targets, retention and development of team.
- Provide organization directional inputs and work closely with the Marketing Head
- Strategies, visualize and create new business opportunity plan for new opportunities in the existing and proposed segments.
- Should map potential customers and generate leads
- Responsible for brand promotion and lead conversions
- Responsible for post sales services and client relationship management
- Sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Market channel development activity
- Coordinate advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
