- Risk Management: Support the periodic
- Identification of threats and risk exposures
- Assessment and management of risks
- Monitoring of the implementation of corresponding mitigating controls
- Update of the risk register
- Co-ordinate activities for fulfilling requirements of internal and external audits or assessments
- Governance: Support the consistent review of the:
- Alignment between strategic and tactical plans
- Roles and responsibilities
- Performance indicators
- Business Processes and Controls
- Support the design, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of sound business processes across D&O operations
- Conduct reviews and monitor compliance with approved business processes and control frameworks
- Using the continuous Improvement Process, identify processes requiring improvement, coordinate prioritization and implementation of these improvements using appropriate tools and techniques
- Provide support, education, and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization
- Client Management / Stakeholder Management
- Ownership of quality of all deliverables to S&P and be responsible for timeliness and quality of all tasks and activities delivered. Ensure top quality user/service experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with S&P counterparts
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Risk Manager
- Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Advanced experience in Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Tableau
- Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities
- Proactive approach to work, in terms of suggesting changes and improvements to processes and systems
Essential Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-6 years of experience. Prior relevant experience with a KPO in Risk Management operations would be an added advantage
- Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification is a plus
- Preferred Postgraduates (full-time MBA, M. Tech or equivalent) / CA and candidates pursuing these courses
