Designation : Manager - Corporate & Internal Communications Location : Mumbai Years Of Experience : 4-6 Years Job Description: The purpose of the Corporate Communications function within the organization is to establish and maintain our corporate reputation with our key stakeholders and influencers, in India & globally. This is an employer branding and internal communications role. We do this by articulating and sharing our story with the right people, in the right way, everywhere, every day. As a Manager in the Corporate Communications & Employer Branding team, you will create, manage and execute high-impact campaigns, content and news for the business & employees, spanning both internal and external stakeholders in India to start with by being responsible for the following things: Corporate stakeholders – establishing thought leadership to influence company perception (PR) Employee stakeholders – connecting employees with business strategy and leaders with each other (internal communications) Managing Various Public Platform for the organisation which builds engagements - Linkedin, Facebook, Rebel Website & Blogs Manage all kinds and forms of employee and company-related communications which includes weekly/ monthly newsletters and engagement communications. You would be part of the People & Culture function and Report to the Head of HR. The role Brand consideration, awareness and advocacy for Rebel Group You will be responsible for ensuring a culture of proactive story-telling and thought leadership positioning, with a holistic communication mindset from a total stakeholder perspective (internal and external) . Define strategic approach and messaging, you will then be responsible for ensuring that the overall business objectives translate into meaningful communication campaigns that are effectively executed, together with PR agency teams. Additionally, part of your role will include supporting project management and content creation, identifying awards & processing nominations, where you will work with the wider team Key competencies FUNCTIONAL SKILLS Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple contributors at various levels Strong communication and writing skills Agency experience (preferable but not essential). Active media relationships Active contribution and participation in team planning and direction.
