As the Manager - Plant Admin, you will be part of the human resources function and will report to the Head ER & HR.
The purpose of your role will be to lead and deliver proactive and customer focused administration related services across the plant, for a seamless functioning of operations and to provide a delightful employee experience

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Overall facility management of the plant
2. Admin budget planning and budget management
3. Work on various projects around sustainability, safety management, admin cost optimization, etc
4. Vendor management to support various requirements for events, travel, etc
5. Prepare SOPs and conduct internal audits to adhere compliances.

Candidate preferably who handled facility management like Transport, Canteen etc in large (3500 Plus manpower) & unionised plant.

As the Manager - Plant Admin, you will be responsible to look at overall administration services, vendor management and facility management for the plant to ensure efficient and seamless operation and to achieve defined targets in line with cost, quality and timelines.

- Bachelor’s degree (any specialization)

• 8+ Yrs. of experience in handling Administration
