- Strategically plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations - Production, warehouse and transportation
- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements
- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement with SAP
- Lead daily control meetings, identifying issues and actions to be taken
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and shipping
- Train and manage the Operations team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Job Requirement
- Previous working experience as a Plant Manager for min of 3 years, overall experience 6 years
- In-depth knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive problem solver
