Job Details
The incumbent should be Pharmacy Graduate / Post Graduate.
Should have at least 20 to 25 years active experience in Pharma manufacturing.
Should have hands down knowledge of modern machineries required for manufacturing & packing especially for high volume liquid orals & OSDs.
He should be well experienced in factory audits / inspections of WHO-GMP & other agencies as well as foreign regulatory bodies.
He should be able to execute production plans smoothly with excellent control over manpower for maximizing the productivity & effective output.
He should be well conversant in materials & manpower planning for timely dispatch of FGs with aim on quality production.
He should be well versed with Pharma software with generation & maintenance of batch manufacturing records.
He should be a self starter & capable of motivating & controlling his entire team of HODs.
He should have in depth administrative experience to oversee the activities of P&A, taxation & factory accounts with the effective control over relevant executives. He should have excellent capability to deal with external Govt. licensing bodies & good liasoning ability with neighbouring industries
Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications & experience but it will not be the constraint for the right candidate.
