What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Provider and Network Management Specialist to join our team at YourDOST, a leading B2B workplace wellness service provider. The Operations Manager will play a key role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our workplace wellness programs, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Program Implementation:
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of workplace wellness programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve program efficiency.
Client Onboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, working closely with sales and account management teams.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize clients with program features, expectations, and key contacts.
Logistics & Coordination:
- Manage logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of wellness events, workshops, and activities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of program components.
Quality Control:
- Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure consistency and adherence to program standards.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Process Optimization:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows.
- Conduct regular reviews of operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
Budget Management:
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for operations.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial targets are met.
Data Management:
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of program-related data.
- Implement data-driven strategies for program enhancement and client satisfaction.
Client Communication:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
- Provide regular updates on program status, key milestones, and performance metrics.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or service industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations management
