Address- Preparing ALM stimulations
- Implementing treasury management system/ platforms
- Entering deals in the system and getting system updated as per developing requirements.
- Preparing ALM reports for RBI submission.
- Preparing ALCO presentation and submissions
- Providing data to investors, banks, trustee and rating agencies
- Ensure strict adhere to SEBI, RBI and other regulations along with Compliance department.
- Regular submission of MIS to internal stakeholders
- Monitoring borrowing, rating and security limits
- Maintaining various G-sec, corporate bonds and Bank PLR on regular basis
- Assisting/ preparing term sheet and other related documents for fund raising
- Ensuring timely completion of fund-raising related activities such as listing of securities, documentation etc. as per resources SOP
- Compliance and covenants tracking
- Tracking various market trends and happenings in financial sector and updating the same to FO and senior management
- Working closely with finance and compliance for all audit related matters and ensuring queries are resolved.
- Revising and updating resources manual and policies as per requirement
- Calculation and tracking of hedge effectiveness of derivative transactions.
- Checking correctness of derivative transaction term sheet as per agreed terms
- Preparing investor communications
