The Opportunity
Join us as a problem-solving dynamo, taking ownership of query resolution and driving operational excellence in the Payment Card Industry. We seek big thinkers with a passion for learning, adept in communication, and armed with in-depth knowledge of Credit/Debit card organizations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle queries from internal & external stakeholders.
- Should take ownership of problem resolution.
- Keen to learn business processes and operational impact.
- Good query handling and customer support capability.
- The candidate will deliver all operational activity as per TAT in the Payment Card Industry.
Who Are We Looking For

- In-depth knowledge of Credit card/Debit Card related organizations - mandatory.
- Team leading skills.
- Good communication skills. Quick & good learner and team player.
- Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative in problem-solving.
- Must be a Graduate and also have at least basic knowledge of the payment card industry.
