AddressJob Purpose : Drive MEP designing process post finalization of concept design for achieving excellence in execution of the MEP elements of the project
- Ensuring there is no delay in design deliverables for smooth execution
- Prompt response to consultant / site queries ensuring there is no delay in execution
- Strong need to keep updated with the latest products & technologies in the market
- Prepare complete techno-commercial feasibility analysis for innovative technology for management approval
1.Provide technical & administrative support to the corporate by ensuring adherence to laid down SOPs for timely vendor appointment for vendors in the region
2.Prepare all approval documents & partner with Liaison to handle related queries to enable the Liaison to get MOEF approvals on time
3.Guide the consultant and ensure that all the drawings and documents are prepared in line with local CFO requirements
4.Guide and manage the consultants to get Deliverables for Concept & Schematic packages as per agreed timelines
5.Review tender conditions in detail and handle site queries on time to ensure tender deliverables are as per the agreed timelines
6.Support the site team in timely completion of MEP & allied services works
7.Assist procurement team for Vendor Development to ensure availability of quality MEP vendors and scout for new materials to periodically update the Material library
8.Handle the sustainability consultant for timely preparation of all the sustainability documents at different stages
9.Propose innovation to the Corporate MEP & implement the innovation on time
10.Undertake periodic cost reviews with MEP consultants to optimize costs
11.Undertake regular site visits and site inspections, and report the snags to the Projects team
12.Oversee final commissioning, handover and post-handover and ensure the same is in alignment with agreed SOPs
