ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our team of Analysts at Nielsen are skilled at turning millions of data points into useful information and insights that help our clients make better decisions about their marketing strategies and achieve better results. Join us in being part of a major transformation in the market research industry, where we integrate big data and classic marketing analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand our clients' business questions and provide answers using analytics.
- Apply appropriate analytical methods to understand the impact of marketing on our clients' business.
- Discover insights and assist clients in optimizing their marketing strategies.
- Analyze the results and present them to the clients in a way that is easy to understand.
- Deliver high-quality results on custom project work as part of our consultant team.
- Ensure timely delivery of project work.
- Take ownership and propose new ideas and initiatives.
- Manage projects from start to finish.
- Create design solutions for custom analytics.
- Collaborate with teams in different locations and adapt to a flexible working style.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong understanding of Marketing in the CPG/Auto/E-commerce industry and statistics.
- Knowledge of Marketing Mix solutions (MMM).
- Understanding of statistical techniques, such as multivariate regression and basic statistics.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience (knowledge of Nielsen and AAC products, services, and data is a plus).
- Graduation or Post Graduation in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, or another relevant numerical discipline.
