What you will do
In this role, you will be part of Learning and Development team and help with the oversight, direction, and maintenance of the learning technological systems.
The Manager – Learning Technology will be responsible to contribute and support the Learning Technology strategy. This role will require constant collaboration and alignment with the Global Learning Technology Manager, learning teams, and being aware of industry practices focusing on technology to be able to build fitting learning solutions.
This role will require to be inclined towards Technology and a strong client service orientation. Project management skills and basic understanding of adult learning principles are essential to this role.
How you will do it
A key contributor to the Learning and Development technology strategy
Coordinate with instructional design teams and subject matter experts to gather system/platform technical requirements, determine functional needs, ensure a successful user experience and support achievement of desired learning outcomes
Work directly with cross-functional system owners in IT, human resources, and other parts of the organization
Stay current on developments with online learning technologies to drive innovative learning solutions for the organization
Play a key role in an organization’s strategic planning, helping to identify and anticipate future technology needs, as well as improve efficiencies with current systems
Expertise in application development platforms (Android, iOS) and cross-platform frameworks
Proficient in presenting a business-centric approach that recognizes opportunities for technical solutions to solve business problems
Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations, manage stakeholders, and translate ambiguous ideas into action.
Partner with appropriate teams and subject matter experts to conduct needs assessments, determine required learning outcomes
Mentor, guide and provide thought leadership on current learning trends to the team

What we look for
BE Degree in a technical field.
12- 14+ years of experience in leading a technology function in an enterprise environment, including several years of experience managing a team is a must
Experience with current technologies for instructional design technology (Adobe/Articulate, SCORM/xAPI, etc.)
Experience on preferably SumTotal, EdCast / any other LMS
Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills a must.
