The group expanded the business into real estate sector in 2020 focusing commercial business space and residential buildings.
- Formulating effective Land Acquisition strategy based on organizational requirements, business environment and local trends and government policies/Rules.
- Leading the efforts towards timely Land Acquisition/possession and liaising with all stakeholders (villagers, tehsildars, Revenue Inspectors etc.) to ensure smooth running of Land Acquisition related processes like land survey, award and compensation etc.
- Legal compliance related to Land Acquisition & compliances under RERA regulations if applicable
- Reviewing legal documents to ensure all requirements are met prior to closing on a purchase
- Coordinating with district administration and government authorities for entries of revenue records of rights in favour of the companies.
- Coordinating with government agencies to obtain permits for construction activities
- Developing budgets and financial forecasts for prospective land purchases or sales
- Negotiating with banks to acquire loans for land purchases
- Coordinating with lawyers, appraisers, contractors, and other specialists to complete Land Acquisition deals

Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
