Role Summary:
- Lead and drive a telecalling based account management team for a city
- Improve the conversion funnel to make the process efficient
- Ownership and accountability for Site Visits scheduled and done
- Develop and lead micro market specific teams
- Work closely with Ops Head and Sales Development head to improve the process
Skillsets/ Qualification Required:
1. Strong Business Acumen & Operating experience of managing a large team
2. Experience of managing Tele-operations
3. Prior experience of managing telesales team
4. 5-8 years of experience
