Manager - Fund Raising - Nbfc (2-4 Yrs)

Job Profile:
- Handle placement of Term Loan proposals, NCD and CP, Securitization, Direct Assignments.
- End to end execution of transaction from investor interaction, deal structuring, handling queries, assisting investor diligence till term sheet finalization.
- Handling all compliances for loan documentation and ECB/ NCD issuances.
- Handling covenant reporting during the loan life cycle.
- Liasioning with Banks, Internal & External Auditors
- Assessing Funding requirements
- Timely Compliances of Covenant conditions in Sanction letters.
- Investing the Idle Funds into Overnight/Liquid Funds as per the Cash Flow requirments
