Enterprise Sales Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to secure profitable contracts and partnerships by preparing and submitting competitive proposals to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop a comprehensive bidding strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify bidding opportunities.
- Lead the preparation of high-quality, persuasive, and tailored proposals in response to client requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs),
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, expectations, and concerns.
- Collaborate with the legal team to review and negotiate contract terms and conditions. Ensure that proposed contracts align with the company's risk management policies and profitability targets.
Requirements:
- Must have leading qualities to manage and supervise the team
- Must have worked with enterprise client
- Aggressive and result-oriented
- Sound knowledge of IT terminologies
- Should have exposure to lead generation tools (Ex:- LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Manage the client database to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- In-depth knowledge of web-based technologies and digital marketing for creating effective proposals
