Customer Success Manager - ROW I Full Time

Job Description : As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the face of Spendflo for our customers. From onboarding, managing requests & reviewing their renewal pipeline, you'll walk hand in hand with our customers on their journey to success. You'll also serve as our product champion, driving adoption and expanding features with our product team.
A typical day might include the following:
- Onboarding new customers and thoroughly explaining all product features with conviction.
- Accepting the SaaS Wishlist from customers with all the necessary information.
- Provide timely updates on procurements to our customers and walk them through their approval workflow.
- Coordinating with our buyers to fulfil requirements on time.
- Conduct monthly reviews with our customer champion to communicate the value delivered by Spendflo and help them sunset unused subscriptions.
- Upsell & cross-sell Spendflo products and services.
- Take accountability for all CS metrics such as NRR, LTV, etc.
- Generate referrals from existing customers.
- Drive product adoption and provide valuable insights to continuously improve our product & service.
- Obtain feedback from customers and work with internal stakeholders to address recurring issues.
