AB InBev India is hiring a Manager-BFC for its Finance team in Aurangabad, FOSTERSResponsible for Brewery's financial requirements, compliance, and cost center alignmentWorking on month close, journals, accruals, tax entries, inventory control, and GL verification

Responsibilities
• Ensure operational excellence and efficiency in Brewery's financial processes• Assist in implementing Finance projects and standardization• Ensure EP (Employee Performance) is implemented effectively• Maintain accurate books of accounts, prepare monthly reports, and plan funds availability• Monitor variances against budgets and ensure internal controls are in place• Optimize income from scrap generation and assess customer creditworthiness• Ensure compliance with accounting, financial, commercial, and tax matters• Assist in clean audits and timely preparation of reports• Act as SME for finance and control activities in the region• Initiate cost savings by optimizing cash management
Requirements
• Education: CA (Chartered Accountant)• Experience: 3+ years of retail or equivalent management experience + article ship• Skills/Knowledge: Organizational & Time Management, Leadership, Commercial acumen, Communication & Interpersonal skills• Personal Attributes: High energy, solution-oriented, customer-oriented, fast-mover, flexible, resilient, integrity, professionalism• Passionate about beer
