Manager - Architect (Mall)

Responsibility:

• Lead and manage the architectural team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, leasing, and marketing, to integrate architectural solutions that meet business objectives.
• Oversee the conceptualization, design, and development of mall spaces, ensuring they align with the company's vision and brand identity.
• Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance the overall customer experience and maximize commercial potential.
• Manage the entire architectural project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
• Work closely with the finance department to establish and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising design integrity.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of architectural designs that meet or exceed industry standards.
• Stay abreast of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure all designs comply with legal requirements and safety standards.
• Stay informed about the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials, incorporating innovative ideas into design concepts.
