Manager - Admin & Accounts
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree In Finance, Commerce, Accounting or similar fields.
- 6-8 Years of Experience In Similar Roles
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills and Strong Attention to Detail
- Proficiency in Data Entry and General Math with experience with financial reporting requirements
- Good Communication and People Skills
- Flexible approach to Work and the ability to Adapt to Change
- Self-Motivated attitude and the ability to use Initiative
- Emphasis on confidentiality, eagerness to learn, enthusiasm, and strong time management
Roles and Responsibilities
- Researching and Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection, Tax Computation.
- Preparation and maintenance of records with generation of periodic reports (such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.)
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
