RESPONSIBILITY:
SECURITY
- Oversee security operations of Plant and NDO office.
- Develop and implement security policies to ensure safety in premises
- Ensure training of security personnels as per requirement.
EXTERNAL AREA AND HORTICULTURE
- Manage the upkeep of all external area ( Production and Quality) & Greeen Belt.
- Maintain upkeep of all the equipments required for upkeep of external area.
HOUSEKEEPING
- Manage housekeeping services as per the GMP requirement.
- Ensure stock of housekeeping items as per the requirement.
- Maintain up keep of all housekeeping equipment’s.
- Ensure training of housekeeping personnel’s as per the GMP requirement.
- Manage scrap movement from exit to scrap yard
PEST CONTROL
- Maintain pest control services as per the GMP requirement
- Ensure training of pest control agency personnel’s as per requirement.
- Complianceto SOP on Pest Control at site
CHANGE ROOMS & LAUNDRY
- Manage uniforms of production as per the GMP requirement.
- Manage shoes of production as per the GMP requirement
- Manage lab aprons as per the GMP requirement.
- Manage laundry services as per the GMP requirement.
- Manage lockers of production areas as per the GMP requirement.
- Manage change rooms.
CANTEEN SERVICES
- Maintain quality of food service.
- To up keep & maintenance canteen area & utensils
- Conduct meeting of canteen committee.
- Ensure Implementation of approved menu.
- Arrange snacks / lunch for special events & training programs
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
- Manage office furniture requirement and seating arrangement requirement of new employees
- Provide landline connections
- Maintain NDO premises.
TRANSPORTATION, HOTEL BOOKINGS & RAILWAY TICKET VERIFICATION
- Book hotels as per requirement of the visitors / employees coming from other locations.
- Manage timely maintenance of all company owned vehicles including replacement of
Batteries & tires and cars allotted to employees.
- Manage insurance cover of all company owned vehicles under fleet policy.
- Verify railway ticket bills,
BUDGET PREPARATION, CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND PAYMENT OF REGULAR BILLS
- Prepare budget of administration department
- Prepare and execute all contracts of admin department that is Housekeeping, Pest Control, telephone bills & Courier bills.
- Verify bills of all vendors and ensure timely release of payment to prepare and execute vendor contract for railway ticket booking
- Prepare PRs and service entries related to administration department.
- Ensure timely payment of all regular service providers of administration department.
DRUG OFFICE
- Attestation on Challan forms from Drug Office
- Liaison with Drug office relates to Challan verification
- depositing of fee for drug license
LIAISON
- Maintain liaising with all government officials like Drug Office, SEZ office.
- Any other activity / task allocated by HOD based on work commitments of the department.
