Financial Modelling:
- Creation of excel models with accuracy of output.
- Data Sourcing & Analysis
- The candidate is expected to show initiative & drive in data sourcing analysis & a high level of awareness of the Real Estate sector. Ability to come to conclusions from the data is an essential requirement.
- Analytical Skills
- A sound understanding of analytical principles & financial conceptual understanding is required. Ability to translate the understanding to the real-world situations & financial modelling skills are essential.
- Identification of new markets/segments
The candidate must spend time visiting new markets/segments & existing markets/segments to get better understanding of the same which will translate into better real-world financial modelling.
- Understanding of Legal, Title and Tax Laws of India.
