- Knowing Kannada is mandatory.
Ø Property due diligence in terms of Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act/procedures, Karnataka land reforms Act, Karnataka Land Revenue Act ;
Ø Sourcing and handling revenue documents from the department.
Ø handle registration of all types of deeds before the Sub registrar/District registrar office;
Ø Understanding and handling litigation practices/current court procedures;
Ø Drafting, vetting of various deeds, agreements, documents, etc
Ø handle all legal documentation and Contract Management.
Ø Filing, ERP updation and documentation
Ø Translation of documents/circulars etc
Ø Any other task given by Supervisor or Managements
