Job Purpose:
Smooth functioning of Legal work and assisting legal manager
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining entire legal records and legal Documents upto date and Updating in Excel Sheet
- Supporting the whole Legal Department
- Applying Encumbrance Certificate, RTC, Katha, Mutation Registrar from the concerned Taluk offices
- Getting Documents Franked, Registration of Documents at the Concerned Sub Registrar and Notarizing Documents from the Public Notaries
- Meeting with Advocates for the New Property for Land Opinion
- Getting all the individual katha to Apartments and Villas from concerned Government Authority
