Job Purpose:

Smooth functioning of Legal work and assisting legal manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining entire legal records and legal Documents upto date and Updating in Excel Sheet
  • Supporting the whole Legal Department
  • Applying Encumbrance Certificate, RTC, Katha, Mutation Registrar from the concerned Taluk offices
  • Getting Documents Franked, Registration of Documents at the Concerned Sub Registrar and Notarizing Documents from the Public Notaries
  • Meeting with Advocates for the New Property for Land Opinion
  • Getting all the individual katha to Apartments and Villas from concerned Government Authority

Job Requirements:



Educational Qualification :
LLB/ LLM

Work Experience :
5 - 10 years

Key Competencies :
Legal, Liasoning, Contracts and agreements
