Co-ordinationwith Legal Consultants, reviews the pleadings and follows up the cases pendingbefore the courts.
Providesnecessary legal assistance in handling day to day legal issues for the .INRegistry, National Internet Registry and Internet Exchange
Draftingand review of agreements (SLAs, MOUs, other agreements relating to the internetrelates issues)
Provideslegal support to RTI Officer and Appellate Authority also, as and whenrequired.
Mustensure compliance of Policies & Rules of the .IN Registry and take actionon the request of the third parties, court orders, requests from government andlaw enforcement agencies.
Mustalso function as Public Grievance Officer resolving the grievances of thegeneral public.
