AddressLegal Counsel - Ecommerce Platform (Part of an Indian Conglomerate)
The position reports to the COO
Job Responsibilities:
(a) B2B wholesale working capital and trade lending experience, mainly from NBFC . Understanding of these lending products from legal pov.
(b) Drafting to documents: sanction letters, loan agreements, security documentation
(c) RBI regulations and compliances from NBFC and fintech/LSP pov
(d) 0-1 journey: ability to formulate legal documents from scratch, set up processes
(d) litigation and enforcement is good to have
