Position Overview: The Sales Head will be responsible for overall sales of
ranges of Flats. Being at a senior leadership role responsible for leading
the sales efforts related to residential apartment units within a real estate
development. This role involves setting and executing a comprehensive
sales strategy, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. The
Sales Head plays a crucial role in driving revenue generation, establishing
customer relationships, and contributing to the success of the real estate
project.
Relevant Experience: Min 10 years , Max No limit
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop a strategic sales plan for selling residential apartment
units, aligning with the overall project goals and market trends.
  • Identify target customer segments and demographics, and tailor
sales approaches accordingly.
2.Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, including sales
executives, consultants, and coordinators.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members
are equipped to effectively promote and sell apartment units.
3.Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, responding
to inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns.
  • Oversee the creation of a positive and engaging customer
experience throughout the sales process.
4.Sales Process and Lead Management:
  • Implement and optimize the end-to-end sales process, from lead
generation to closure.
  • Monitor lead pipelines and track progress to ensure timely and
successful conversions.
5.Marketing Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute
marketing campaigns that promote apartment units effectively.
  • Ensure that marketing materials accurately represent the features
and benefits of the apartments.
6.Sales Performance Tracking:
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales
