Position - Lead Credit Card Acquisition Analytics
Location - BKC Mumbai
Purpose of the role :
- Incumbent will own all Acquisition Analytics initiatives end to end for Credit Cards
- Incumbent will also own all analytics pertaining to Commercial Credit Cards and Account Aggregator based underwriting in Credit Cards
- Build advanced machine learning models as well as strategies for application decisioning
- Build a robust credit limit and interest rate assignment framework to maximize customer experience and profitability
- Own and manage early risk metrics and ensure new sourcing risk remains within the risk appetite of the Bank
- Work with Credit Card acquisitions team to decide on the right marketing strategy to maximize response rates to cross-sell offers
Scope of the role :
- Recruit, train, develop and supervise junior resources in the team
- Provide data driven solutions to improve new sourcing volumes, profitability and delinquency
- Ability to understand complex business problems, end to end hands on exposure to analytics - including collecting, pulling and preparing data, building statistical/ML models using Python/ R / SAS & other tools and generating insights to synthesize a complete, cohesive picture.
- Communicate the context and value of data analysis and models to stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies
