Role: Lead - Corporate Communication
Reports to: Group Head- Corporate Communication
Key Skills:
- Oral, written and visual communication skills, including ability to communicate complex ideas to a range of audiences
- Good Interpersonal skills to work with different departments within the organization
- Organizational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of digital engagement tools
- Knowledge of branding
- Liasioning with agencies and managing deadlines
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Own, manage and monitor all the mediums of internal communications matter/channels in order to maximize penetration of messages and their effectiveness.
- Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with stake holders.
- Draft, create and manage communications content and collaterals on the intranet.
- Ensure news, initiatives and projects are successfully communicated across the organization real time through intranet, emailers, on- ground activities (as desired) etc.
- Anchor internal communications within the group. Be the first point of contact for all internal communication enquiries.
- Track and review the effectiveness of internal communications messages and channels on an ongoing basis and amend the strategy as appropriate.
