- Statutory Audit of various Companies Of Manufacturing, Service and trading industry.
- Accounting Finalization of Companies.
- Tax Audits under Income Tax Act.
- Transfer Pricing Audit and filing of the audit report.
- Internal Audits of various firms.
- Computation of Income and Tax liability thereof and filing of Income Tax returns (Incl. e-filing) of Companies, firms.
- Computation of Advance Tax.
- Valuation of Shares for private placement of companies.
- Review of Company & LLP formation and Filing of forms relating to all ROC compliances.
- Analyzing the impact of Companies act and advising the clients about the same. Providing advisory services on the structuring of transactions so as to optimize tax efficiency and mitigate risk for a new business setup / transactions of existing company.
- FCGPR, FLA and ODI Forms filing (Part of RBI Compliances)
Skills required - Team Handling
The candidate should be a CA qualified with minimum 3 years' experience post qualification.
