What is this Role supposed to achieve?
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. The CSM would be expected to deliver continuous support to our clients, via strong networking connections. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships and minimizing churn rates.
At Klaar you will own:
- Post-sales activity for our customers through strong relationship-building, in-depth product knowledge, and planning
- Product implementation goals are achieved to the utmost client satisfaction
- Client retention for the platform
- Enabling Process Enhancements by serving as a liaison between the Product Team, and Customers to improve the end-user experience Proactively communicate with the customer regarding new features and improvements to the Klaar platform
You should explore this opportunity if:
- You are comfortable with ambiguity. An early-stage startup is full of 'unknowns' and often includes rapid iterations of 'strategy'
- You are great with Ownership. You would be building this from the ground up. There wouldn't be people necessarily overseeing your day-to-day. You'll have to own this and deliver
- Execution is one of your core strengths. A startup that executes a half-decent strategy will beat a startup that half-executes a great strategy
- You are equally comfortable with Slides or Excel or in a conversation with the customer
- 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Success or account management position preferably within a rapidly growing HR Tech company
