Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.

We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Partner (Non-Tech Team). As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Screening and Evaluation:

  • Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and other pre-employment screening activities.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
  • Provide timely and detailed candidate profiles to hiring managers for review and feedback.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates and feedback in a timely manner.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
