Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Partner (Non-Tech Team). As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and other pre-employment screening activities.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Provide timely and detailed candidate profiles to hiring managers for review and feedback.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates and feedback in a timely manner.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
